Just off Mill Road, close to Tesco Highwoods, the A12, Colchester General Hospital, Highwoods Country Park and near bus routes to town.

Our rooms

The room available: a light double room for £525 per month, available from 1st June 2023. The room has been tastefully decorated. It’s furnished with a double bed, good quality mattresses (for a good night’s sleep!), bedside table, chest of drawers and has a deep built-in wardrobe (great for all those clothes!). We are also able to add a desk and chair (not shown in pictures as current tenant has their own).

It’s just £95 to reserve this lovely room secures the room for 7 days whilst we complete our simple referencing process. This goes towards your £250 security deposit prior to move in, along with your first month’s rent.
