Come and live in our beautiful modern house, which has everything you need! We have a cosy double room available close to the Hospital and North Station.

Where is it?

Great location just off the Northern Approach Road, close to Colchester General Hospital, Colchester North rail station, Asda, the A12, Highwoods Country Park and a 25 minute walk into town.

Our rooms

We know you’ll love our beautifully furnished rooms, all decorated in a contemporary style. 

This lovely double room with large ensuite shower room is available for just £635 per month – it is available from 5th September.

It’s a fantastic double room furnished with a stylish, solid wooden double bed, high quality mattress (for a great night’s sleep!), with generous storage provided by a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe so you’ll have plenty for all your clothes. You have an aerial point to connect your own TV if you so desire.

The ensuite shower room is massive and boasts a powerful overhead waterfall shower, basin and toilet, along with plenty of room for getting ready in the morning!

Amenities and bills
  • All bills are included in your monthly rent – we make it easy for you with one simple monthly Direct Debit payment
  • Our beautiful, well equipped kitchen with your own food storage cupboard and a cosy dining/TV room – all included
  • Washing machine and separate tumble dryer
  • Use of the large, sunny patio and garden to the rear of the house with table and chairs – brilliant with a cold beer or glass of wine in the summer!
  • Fast fibre optic BT wi-fi broadband throughout the house – unlimited so you don’t have to worry about download speeds!
  • BT entertainment TV pack, including BT Sport (in communal area with flatscreen TV) – all included
  • Cleaner for communal areas (option to upgrade and have your room cleaned as well)
  • Plenty of parking close to the house (including use of communal spaces off street)
  • Access to secure garage at the end of the garden to store your bike

This is a warm, homely house with helpful and friendly housemates. We’re sure you’ll have a great time living here!

No tenant fees! Deposits required
  • There is a small £95 Reservation deposit, which secures the room for 7 days whilst we undertake our simple referencing process.
  • This goes towards your £250 Security deposit before move in, along with your first month’s rent.

Simple move-in:
All of our referencing and tenancy documentation is done online – so you won’t waste time filling out paper forms. Do it all from your smart phone!

About you

We’re looking for professional working tenants who are looking for a quiet, clean and modern place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants.

Unfortunately, we can’t take:

  • couples, or
  • those not in work/receiving benefits, or
  • those wishing to have children stay.
About us

The house is owned and managed by a local, friendly landlord, in North Colchester. We’re registered with the Property Ombudsman, and are Trading Standards approved, so you can be sure you’re dealing with professionals who will look after you – we pride ourselves on keeping our tenants happy!
